Full Tree Project Reports
It would be a benefit to clubs planning future projects to know the details of your project: the who, what, where and when as well as the results over time and intermediate steps involved regarding maintenance and recording or documenting the results.
A full report would include items such as:
Number of Trees Planted
Types of Trees Planted
Species of Trees Planted
Source of Plants
Location of Planting
Who owns the land
When were trees ordered
When were they received
When were trees planted
Who was on the planning team
Who did you partner with for the project
How many volunteers participated in planting
Sources of Guidance
Watering Plan
Follow up - How are the trees doing
Documentation - photos and giving this info
Photos of plants before planting
Photos of the planting process
Before photos of the site
Follow photos showing thriving plants
